Hi Dan, Could you please post the rear prop-shaft spider part numbers that you used? And do you know what the front ones are? I'm looking to fully refurb the shafts and replace the spiders but would like to check if the front and rears are different or the same? I've got conflicting part...

Appreciate the interest! However, I've tried deleting and replacing all the images, yes, thrilling it was... but unfortunately it hasn't worked... still only links to images... I may delete and start from scratch... Will try keep the same title... Cheers, Graham

Hi, Have the Haynes manual for HDJ100 in front of me, they've got a few torque settings for the alternator: Alternator pulley retaining nut = 110Nm Alternator pivot bolt = 78Nm Alternator adjuster bracket lock bolt = 29Nm Couldn't find any settings for the viscous coupling. Cheers
