Lights only on at first start up once you pull away or rev it lights go out and stay out even when idling,its just that initial start up ,going to see the guy who repaired the alternator tonight see if he has any thoughts,got me stumped

I checked voltage at batterys when engine not running it was about 12.5v,then when engine started it goes up to 14+V,this must mean system is charging i think?belts are ok and I cleaned the ug at back of alternator when it first packed up,also checked the multi plug under the air filter,never...

Already spoke to him ,gonna see him Monday,he's definitely fixed the alternator cos lights wouldn't go of and it wasn't charging before the repairs,hopefully sort something out with it later

Just done a 2"pedders lift on my cruiser,think i need some bigger tyres now,currently running on cooper 265/65/18 a/t,i would like to keep the 18"rims on ,any suggestions on a larger tyre size please

Hi guys , think I might confused a couple of you regarding the clear lens of the indicator and side repeaters, the bulbs in both of them are now orange,making them legal,and it is now only the clear lens on the front that has white led bulbs in which are now my side lights, got them off eBay...

Latest news on brake bleed, Everthing back to normal, freed bleed nipple on load compensating valve, big spurt of air then fluid brake pedal hard, went round al five nipples again and brakes are spot on, thankfully not the m/seals, thanks for all the input guys

Used both bleed methods, one with assistant (wife who was pressing accelerator at first, tell she doesn't drive the truck much lol)and with an easibleed single person pipe, read on i8mud one guy made a vacuum/pressure pump out of a garden spray pump,might give that a go when I bleed them next,

Just been reading some old posts about p/s idle up,anyone know where these vacuum pipes are which affect this function,wonder if ive caught something when I had the air filter box off to get at the bango connections on he p/s pipes

Got no increase in rpm when turning wheel on idle which I thought would happen,but when I rev it it becomes lighter
