I ordered 12 rear studs from Toyota dealer (which were quite expensive) , got them installed and had enough thread to get the spacers on. Its really straight forward to swap the studs.

Thanks shayne. The steering feels good as it was before the lift so it does not really bother me... only thought about adding forward caster to get more clearance from the back side of the arch because tire is rubbing when wheel flexes up with steering turned.

Yes Shayne, only the front studs are short. Problem solved, spoke to Toyota and they told me the longer rear studs fit in front, so ordered 12 of those. :)

I contacted roughtrax, they only sell the extended studs with wheels spacers as a kit, they will not sell them separately.

Thanks for the info ren. I also think that the ABS unit is faulty now. I replaced the flexible brake hoses and oil and the still have the exact problem. Oil was drained completely. Is it too complicated to change the ABS unit when it comes to bleeding?

Small update... So finally I got the dump pipe fitted.. and blocked egr :grinning::grinning: One bolt was impossible to get off so mechanic ended up taking out the manifold / turbo.. also replaced the timing belt. Didn't drive it much but there is a noticeable difference with a larger dump...

Thanks for the help guys. So best thing will be to do everything together. One last thing I would like to know, is it safe to boost to 14 psi without intercooler? If it is ok to add boost, should I add fuel from the 'spill valve' at the same time?

Yeah, even in the petrol engines like 4efte, 3sgte all have fuel cut but there are chips you can easily install to the ecu to remove it. My engine is the euro 1kz without the intercooler, its still fine to add boost to 14psi after the dump pipe? or not recommended without intercooler? Also...
