40 series seat cover going spare.

Anybody in need of one of these. As you can see,I've had my seats recovered and the passenger seat bottom cover is in good condition,so if anyone needs one, here it is.Don't ask about the rest, there in the bin.

    Wanted . . .24v gauge cluster for 1979 HJ45 with MPH.

Sorry to have missed all this help but at the time I got a tad impatient and spent over £200 importing one. I didn't really look on the site again until this year when I'd got it on the road.In fact I've only looked at this thread now,so much belated thanks but I sorted it out eventually...

You see,my problem is,that what with my vehicle being recently registered, neither the Reg or the chassis number come up valid on any search. Just been on Motor Serv and the vehicle dropbox doesn't even go back far enough or mention a 40 series.

Well there's a part I need.Unfortunately I am not coming to Lincomb this weekend because I am putting the shiplap back on the front of my house, then painting it,which is dull but it's painting weather and has to be done.Could I pick it up sometime or even get you to post it?.Cheers.

Nope,I don't think the relationship will ever recover from this build. The truck widow got so bored of waiting, she bought a defender.

No,at the moment my insane gamble seems to have paid off.Just got to adjust one tappet and advance the diesel pump a tad but its all just to good to be true.Only time and abuse will tell.

Hi,my name's Chris. I've bought and restored a 1979 HJ45. I only purchased it because I finally realised that every car I owned got treated like a pickup truck,so when the time came to actually decide what vehicle I would have, given a choice,I came up with a landcruiser.I'd learned to drive in...
