Just worth a mention there was a bit of water in the EGR pipe when i took it off

Well yesterday i started to take off the EGR pipe on my 100 .One of the manifold nuts wouldnt budge even with a breaker bar so i had to angle grind the side of the nut off .That went ok got the nut off fitted the blanking plate.The problem is my angle grinder put a hole in the intercooler pipe...

Avg free is used by millions .Norton didnt do a good job on mine and wasnt even spotting a lot of viruses. Ive a 1tb hd full of files off Piratebay and never had a problem at all. I do run a pierblocker on my pc when i download anything. Was running xp ages a go .then moved onto windows 7...

Instead of a paid for anti virus i use avg free .i also down loaded avg pc tuneup free from piratebay.I down load a lot of films etc never had any issues.

The previous owner of my 100 had a new hindge fitted at a cost of £21.00

Ive already heard about and seen egrs blanked off on various cars .When i looked at it earlier dirty engine aside (after jet washing it ) i could see atleast one rubber pipe branching off the egr pipe so i presume it all is blanked off and a vacume pipe i think is similarly dealt with. Im still...

I found this cracked pipe near the manifold.i dont know the name of it though to source a replacement. I have pics but cant see how you put them up

Yep ,my normal use isnt heavy but sometimes i go to the cash and carry wholesalers and fill the back up with drinks and it really does sit down like the front goes light :) . Ive a few weeks to decide yet.

I just checked .the pedder springs are 72.00 each which ever height you choose. 790mm standard 805mm 815mm Uprated Torsion bars are £200.00 So il deffinately be choosing the pedder springs.Im unsure to go standard or lift now lol.

This item on ebay i have been advised is for a 100 non ahc.231772709921 but i dont know the brand i can use pedder springs at approx double the price.Il probably go with the pedder ones .

Yes Andy ,if i go for gx spec 100 coils that will be just right imho Toyota shouldnt have fitted AHC in the first place a complete waste of time and owners money. Im speaking from experience ,the suspension on the 80 was first class 11yrs and 100k miles and never once did i even have to look at...

Hi Andy.il be buying new springs due to unknown history of second hand gear.I presume the hdj80 rear springs will fit my fj100 ? Ive been looking and i wouldnt want to purchase fj100 springs if they are to suit to the ahc system.
