Does anyone know how to disconnect the a/c pipes under the bonnet at the firewall at the evaporator on a 105r cruiser? They are not screw fittings it seems to be some sort of plastic clip around each pipe. Need to replace the evaporator .

I love my 80 series cruiser but how the hell do i get the dam hand brake to work well constantly?????????? Just to add I don't think I'm a dick head I'm a mechanic with about 45 years of experience & I've never had any luck with cruiser H/brakes . I'm talking about cruisers with rear disc brakes...

Only overheats under load , up hill , if in to high a gear and laboring ? I find if I change down a gear it runs cooler & once I crest the hill the temp drops ! any ideas ??????
