Well jibberjabber everything that you have outlined is 100% correct. Just had the track rod ends re-wound and the vehicle is back to were she was pre the "alignment monkeys" handy work. They even went as far as saying that there wasn't a charge as they couldn't get to re-track!! Lesson learnt...
