Yea ive seen that and attempted to find it but with no luck haha.

some previous owner installed an incorrect switch. Opened it up and used a strand of copper to make my own contact and lights works as it should

Sweet as. Ive put it through a code scanner and got the code "C1336 Zero point Calibration of Deceleration Sensor Undone"

it is a 1KZ. The sensor has something to do with the ABS as it has brought us an ABS light. Light only came on after a 2inch lift was installed

I have a code C1336 and was hoping someone knows where the deceleration sensor is located on a 2000 Prado TZ. Thank you

Been like that since I’ve owned the vehicle. I’ve checked the switch and it not stuck

Just checked brake fluid and all that stuff. Going to change the handbrake shoes tomorrow but doubt that has anything to do with it

Have a 2000 prado and the ABS light is on and got the vehicle scanned at the code "C1336 Zero Point Calibration of Deceleration Sensor Undone" if anyone knows anything about this please let me know. Thank you

Very weird but on my 2000 prado TZ the handbrake light is illuminating backwards as in then the hand brake is up/on the light turns of. When the handbrake is off/disengaged the light comes on. I was maybe thinking that the switch could be the culprit but am open to idea. Cheers

Its a 2000 prado TZ. Just had H N and L on the shifter

Just stuck my head under there and all I can see is 2 switch’s one with black and one green. No blue

Sweet will try that today. Can hear the diff when I press the button so don’t think it’s the solenoid

Currently the center diff lock light is stuck on even thou the center diff is engaging and disengaging have checked with car on hoist. Just wondering if theres a sensor or something that could have gone out. Thank you
