I haven't seen much of these but if you want a simple DIY analysis I would say check the oil, have the pressure checked, maybe check the sensors on the side of the engine. I know sometimes the petrol ones work their way loose and sometimes can be faulty. I hope this helps.

I would try flushing the pump out (blowing it out) and giving it a good clean up. There should be 4 bolts on top, undo those and you should be able to see a few of the inside components. Don't clean it out with water as it may cause water stains to build up clogging up your pump. Try using more...

Welcome to the forum. Some advice is choosing a deasil. deasil engine are best for lugging boats and trailers around. If it is an FJ it would be a petrol (ULP). So I would check up on that. But anyway, good luck and I hope all goes well for you.

A greenish liquid huh? When was the last time you topped up your brake fluid? It could be a leaking seal from low pressure levels or brake fluid levels. If it isn't that it would have to be something with dirt and muck in the seal.

It depends on if your car is a ULP or deasil because the wiring is completely different in Petroleum and a deasil Land Cruiser.

I don't know if it would be wise to purchase Land Cruisers that are that cheap because sometimes the seller may be mistaken of whether it contains rust. But if you are running low on options, you could request an inspection for yourself and check for rust. The main places you want to look for...

My HJ60 Sahara had the same issue and it had turned out that the battery was bad and dead flat.

You do know your Land Cruisers. I have only recently found out about the type Land Cruiser known as the BJ, I know that your HJ's are diesel and your FJ's are the petrol or ULP, but I have never been quite sure of the BJ's. But there is one things for sure, all Land Cruisers are good in my books
