Even if it's got auto freewheeling hubs, don't they require you to reverse in 4wd before they engage? You shouldn't really be struggling to drive in 6" of snow. Might be worth checking your tyre pressures as well - if they're rock hard you'll be making it more difficult for yourself... Best...

Interesting, do you know what drive train components he's thinking of using? IIRC the orange Devon one had a normally aspirated Supra motor, so whilst way more powerful than the stock motor wouldn't be quite as extreme as this... Doubtless there are a few with 450+bhp in the middle east...
