Mine was nowhere near that - it was a few years ago but like I said it was £66 !! Sounds like they are trying to charge you for the whole thing rather than just the barrel. Probably with 2 new keys & some other bits. The only part number I can find is 69057-60490 but I think that is with a cut key

Just curious but is the circumference the same on the new tyres as the old ones? When I worked out mine with bfg's on the circumference is bigger than the original tyres so the speedo is reading slightly wrong - giving a wrong mileage & hence MPG would read higher. Unless you were tracking it...

I have just updated mine to a 2012 map from the original (I have a late 2003) and it works great. Still no postcode option though :disappointed:

I've got 265/65/18 BFG's on mine & they've been fantastic for the last 6 years!

I didn't grease the prop myself so I'm not sure how much grease was put in but I asked them to fill it until it came out at the joints as all the forums seem to suggest. I know you aren't supposed to on the 80's but on the 100's it is recommended.

I thought that as well but have had mine greased & it still clunks :(

I would make sure you replace the clear sticky pad on the rain sensor when you replace the windscreen. I have just put one on mine after 5 years of cursing the auto wipers every time it rained - it's now fantastic - although the small sticky pad cost about £14 !! from the stealer. cheers Chris

brake light fuse I had this problem & the fuse for the brake lights had blown. An easy test to start with!

I've just noticed that my battery light comes on when the headlights are turned on!! Or when the headlights are flashed! I have a volt meter plugged in the cigarette lighter & it is showing 11-12 volts when engine not running & 13-14.4 when it is - so it must be charging. It doesn't come on...

If you look on the American forums - like IH8MUD.com where there are a lot more petrol vehicles they all seem to say the V8's never tick over smoothly anyway - without LPG!

I've done 175,000 with LPG conversion - but it has had the flashlube fitted.

No wonder it was 'running rough' !! :wtf:

Are the followers hydraulic & shimmed or adjustable? Mine are a bit noisy & I'm wondering how easy it is to adjust them.

OK tried to have it tracked buy not enough threads left on one side - so someone must have had the wheel off :wtf: Has anyone removed one with the audio controls etc & had any issues with the spiral connector or any other wiring? I'd hate to have any nasty shocks :icon-cry:

No - the pump is running correctly. I'm trying to find how to convert the flashing abs & VSC lights into fault codes - anyone know?

Am I right in thinking the brakes are a pressurised system with a pump providing the pressure - rather than a vacuum assisted system?
