I noticed my oxygen sensor signal remains constant at idle (it reads like 0.2V, i.e. lean mixture). If I rev up a bit the signal starts fluctuating as it should. Is the straight line at idle supposed to be that way, though?

No luck with that Chris. I loosened the primary side a lot (like 8 clicks from folly blocked) and that resulted in no handbrake at all. I.e. the primary side is apparently too lose to work but that does not make the slaved side work. :icon-mad

It is the 3.4 gasoline (5vz-fe) engine. You can see the hose in the red circle. I inadvertently disconnected it while pulling out the throttle body and now I cannot find what its far side is supposed to connect to. Where does it end on your trucks, guys?

Well you can just duplicate them. Leave the ones in the bumper intact. That should keep you on the safe side.

On a cold start, at idle, that would be 14.4V. The RPMs are around 1500 at that point. Later on when the engine warms up and the RPMs drop to 700ish the charging voltage drops to 13.9V. Is that drop normal?

Have somebody jam a rag at the end of the exhaust and hold it firm till the engine starts stalling while you're under the truck. Any leaks become way more obvious that way. Repeat that till you find the leak.

I'd have a look at the rubber replacements again if I were you. The poly bushes being much harder than rubber put too much strain on the metal parts they are attached to. As a result it's the metal that bends or wears instead of the bushings. So you end up replacing something much more expensive...
