Its not so wet that we will need ply to run on, been across it in the Hi-lux ok. Large ,heavy tractors / telehandlers would make a mess though. Always use ply when we are tree planting with the digger.

Part of the job is running pipes to water troughs, hoping to use a subsoiler /mole with pipe laying gear on it rather than trench it with my digger. Should make it a fairly quick operation hopefully.

Was it a set of clamps that were fitted to the spring or a proper bit of kit mounted to a bench or similar? When I had my springs fitted it took the guy less than 10 mins to fit the 2 springs. Probably worth trying another garage or maybe a 4x4 specialist who would have the right kit.

I didn't fit heavy duty springs to mine, I sometimes tow with Sluug if the hilux also has a trailer on. If I do its normally 2-2.5 tonnes digger or tractor on a trailer, as long as you don't load up the drawbar too much the standard springs are fine, I think if you fitted heavy duty springs on...

In an ideal world I'd like something I could leave in the vehicle, some of the barrel shape ones look like they would fit behind the mirror without attracting too much attention.

Hi All, Can anyone recommend a good dash cam?? So many to choose from and a pretty wide price range too. Looking for something pretty discreet, maybe fit up behind the mirror so its not very obvious to the local scroats that its there when its parked up over night.
