Hi, I got a refurb/exchange about 50k ago from AET Turbos in Wakefield for my 80 and had no problems whatsoever. Also used them for a replacemnt for my daughters Golf TDi that she ripped the sump off andfried the seals! Regards

Hi, The copper ones? I have always used a round file that tapers and just screw it in and pull them out. The copper is softer than the file, so gives to it. Regards Mark

Check fuel filter. I had this once and it was a cheap, partially collapsed filter.
