Our 80 series had a frighteningly rotten chassis . The inner rails at the back were gone , there were holes appearing everywhere else and the spring seats looked ready to let go at the end.
So if you were to spend £10 grand on it ,could you break it at a profit ?

when I say it came through auction I am almost certain it was this one.Wasnt there in person as I missed it:icon-evil:but there is a list of sold vehicles and a 98 landcruiser with 180k went through for 3 and a half so just putting 2 and 2 together really.

I get what you mean but it doesn't really make sense for us to do it that way. Did do it that way though on the (wait for it)..............land rovers for work.But it doesn't really make sense on the landcruisers unfortunately.:icon-cry:
