I have with grate regret had to retire my 1986 5 speed land cruiser hj60 (tool box)she has only covered 650000 miles i have had her from 3 years old that is 1989 the rust has won the war in all that time she has never let me down and has always got home towing up to 4 ton most of the time...

Picking up pick up HI had a look on google it is an hr each way i think it may be best to post it as even the best hj60 will use 20L of deisel on that run taz "TORQUE OF THE DEVIL"

hi the best parts i have come a cross are terrain tamer 4wd the kits have all the parts you need to do the job bearings are Koyo gaskets and seals are best quality i have used gear box,diff,transfer and swivel kits no problems ever taz "torque of the devil"

if you want to improve the boost move the boost line from the compressor housing to the inlet manifold it will see the real boost after the intercooler

Ok my hj60 may do 60 if you give it a week or two at 600k miles it is not taken over 2500rpm often has never even had the head or sump off i got it in 1989 having serviced it from 1 year old i know it well and still doing over 30mpg taz "torque of the devil"
