100 Series 2007 No 4th/5th Gear

Hey guys have a 2007 100 series that lost 4th gear lockup and then slowly lost 4th gear completely. If you drive along in D it will go through the gears fine until it shift from 3rd to 4th where it slips and then eventually goes in then from 4th to 5th lockup it just slips and revs out with until it puts itself in protection mode and locks out 4th 5th all together. I know there has been plenty of comments on the temp sensors which have been checked and are fine along with the speed sensors and all wiring has been stripped and inspected and no faults found. Oil was slightly burnt but no contaminants for a vehicle that has done 250,000kms. Any thoughts? this vehicle is running a module however it is only a fuel module with no reference to the MAP sensor.
