I know I have a rounded bolt for the rear actuator and so was just wondering if anyone one has a spare lying around in there bits box that I could purchase off them.

Will post a picture of it tomorrow but its one of the 4 that bolt the actuator to the diff housing. there are 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom.

Not sure where to post this but thought I may get a better response here than in the 100 thread.

Hi Warren,
Is it not easier/quicker/simpler/cheaper to get a new one from your local Toy dealer?
even if they don't have it in stock, it'll only take a few days to arrive...

Cheers,

Andrew

Perhaps it is earier was not sure if i would have to buy all 4 rather than just the one but will put a cali nto them and ask. I just thought that someone may have one lying around.

Get a SS one from your local HW store. Will not get stuck so easily. Problematic w normal steel when alu is involved.

The OEM bolts have very soft heads, I've always assumed that was so you can't torque them up too tight and can usually get them out with the right tools without resorting to drilling and tapping.
