Have got an import toyota landcruiser uzj100w

It has a KHK ASC100 fitted and I have no clue how it works and was wondering if someone can help.

The back of the car is quite up and was wondering how to get the height down of the car as no luck.

I am attaching some photos what the computer looks like and if anyone could advice (these i found online somewhere else)

I have tried duplicating the same memory and mode setting with Front and Rear as 3 with the red arrow flashing downwards but seems it has not updated. Does it take time to update or does the car need to be driven for some time to update?

Hope someone can advice please.

You have a what with what fitted? Looks like a UZJ100, but what's the w?
And what is a KHK ASC100? This is not a Toyota product, from the look of it. If it is a kind of controller for the AHC, then the problem might be with the AHC itself.
Or is this an airbag system on top of a suspension system with conventional springs?

It is a UZJ100.
Yeah it’s something manufactured in japan used to set memories for different height control levels I guess but don’t know much about it.
Yeah seems thats what it is.
I googled the computer itself it looks like this which connects somewhere down where the pedals are for a land cruiser

I dont have the full manual so cant comment on it but the earlier photos is what i found as possible numbers to try to get it lowered, normal or high height but seems to not update so unsure. Is it best to get the car done a diagnostic from electrician?

Hard to say what is the best way forward - also depends on your skills, your contacts and your wallet.
As I see it, to have a 100 series, you need to be able to do basic stuff yourself. Especially on the AHC system, as there are few technicians who understand how this simple system works. As a minimum, you should have TechStream with a MiniVCI adapter and know how to read trouble codes and data points from the 14 ECUs on the car.

For this external AHC controller, I would advise to get rid of it, but it depends on whether it replaces the AHC ECU, or piggybacks on top of it. I guess you could remove a panel or two and have a look. Some people remove the AHC, so there would be AHC ECUs available if that is the problem.

There are problems with using external AHC controllers and height setting "locking devices". The suspension system and geometry is tuned for driving at a certain height setting, and that's why the AHC ECU (controller) will revert the height setting to Normal at normal driving speeds. There is also the variable damping which is dependent on height setting, gear setting, speed, road conditions, acceleration and steering angle. All this will be compromised when overriding the height settings.

In those pictures it looks line the controller has a plug and play harness. If that's the case, it shouldn't be too hard to unplug it from the OEM connectors, and put those back into the AHC ECU so it's back to a standard setup. That's your first step towards knowing if the problem is because of this add on controller, or a problem with the AHC system itself.

I was wondering if anyone here knows anyone who is good with fixing land cruiser problems in the uk?
