Blower and aircon not working

Recently my blower and aircon started being intermittent with no lights on the dash and then it would suddenly fire into life. Now it has completely stopped working. If i put power to the blower the fan goes. Ive swapped out what relays i think are the blower ones and no change. Cant see any fuses that have blown. Bit stumped.

Anyone had similar and can help shed some light?

Fwiw
The blower has to go before the ac works.
If the fuses are good, then check out the grounds.
If the grounds are good, you can check the fusible links.

I was thinking it could be the blower resistor but cant find one anywhere. All the relays seem ok and earths all good

Cant find this resistor anywhere. Amayama and partsouq dont seem to havs this type
