Check Engine Light

Hi everyone, i had this check engine light turning on and off for quite some time and need opinions or fixes as to why this happens, before the check engine light comes on the engine will sound different. It doesn’t normally sound like inside the video.

Low engine oil will trigger the check engine light but shouldn't alter the engines sound .

I can't hear the vid well enough to recognize anything but I'm thinking check every joint of the air intake and remove the crank breather pipe to inspect it for splits

I recently changed the oil and check the oil first thing after the light popped up, oil is enough and checked the pipes there is not splits. Still haven’t diagnosed it, no shops near me has the diagnostic scanner.

Hi everyone, so i can never use a diagnostic scanner because the light is turning on and off, still have no idea which sensor is doing this, but here is the engine sound that i meant was not normal.
