I just ordered another ECU, but for some reason my 100 will not comply to start. The problem is not the ECU, but rather it would appear my LC simply is not reading or connecting to the ECU. If I can't get the vehicle to accept a new ECU the vehicle becomes a paper weight. Any electrical guru or genius have any suggestions? It's got the Toyota Tech bewildered.
