A few weeks ago I had to see my Doc and he suggested I need more excercise and suggested I try using a couple of 5 kilo potato sacks and hold them at arms length for as long as I could and then lower them slowly, and after a week or so progress to 10 kilo sacks and so on.
Well I did that and worked my way up to 25 kilo sacks I've been doing so well now I think I'm ready to try putting a potato in each sack.
