Hello everyone !
First of all, my gratitude to the platform and all it's members for this valuable opportunity.
My HDJ81, 1HD-FT ( no EGR) has a PPS solenoid valve on the gearbox which is not functioning as it should. I had issues with leaks that I solved after rebuilding both PS pump and gear. I also rebuilt the PS fluid reservoir whose filter I side had worn out. I am going through Hell trying to bleed the system. I lifted the front wheels, went lock to lock with the steering 10 times without engine running until I felt no more bubbles. The moment I ran engine, the pink fluid was right away foamy and light pink. I went lock to lock while engine ON, the PPS solenoid valve directly plugged at one of the batteries for full, u restricted flow. Result is not not good. Steering isn't as light as it should be, PS fluid is foamy and the moment I turn engine off, the foamy fluid goes out through the reservoir.
NB: My LC is a 1996, originally a RHD swapped as LHD in Dubai. The swap was never done professionally and it's a mess beneath the instrument panel.
