HZJ79 Pickup

anybody ever had or known of an HZJ79 where the clutch master cylinder piston expanded until it stuck in the cylinder bore?

i have seen the rubber expanded and locked the piston/plunger in .. wrong fluid was installed.
never seen the aluminum piston/plunger expand.
