Invasion of the Bots

Howdy gents. It seems that over the recent weeks that the site has been infiltrated by a number automated 'bot' posters. Is there anything we can do to help prevent this?

They seem to react to keywords like: (forgive the obvious bait experiment)
Mortgage options
Instagram Profile
Influencer
Financial planning
Investment opportunity

And not Toyota, or Landcruiser or anything we actually care about on here.

I've been quiet lately as my truck lives in the shed most of the time. The sills have gotten a dose of tinworm, and other priorities mean it will be months before it gets attention. Even to the point that this year's France trip is in the Rav4.. though that's more because we have kids now
