Very simple and effective dervis, i cant see any flaws except my old 3 series was so low the jack only just fitted under. The 60 rarely needs a jack and i wouldnt trust the sills at the moment. But another attachment under the axle tube would be ideal
I think the other attachment he showed is for an axle tube Ben. I've had this appear on YouTube recently and thought it brilliant. A superb idea for silks but I would think a pair might get in the way a bit on an axle. I really like it though.
It does look a good idea.
I've never understood why, on trucks like our 80s, there's no dedicated 'cup' on the underside of the axle to receive the stock screw bottle jack.
I hate using the high-lift for wheel changes, the bottle under the axle is much safer, it only needs 2" or so left to change a wheel.
