KZJ95 1998 window question.

Hello Knowledgeable people.

I want to make my windows live without the key in. I scoured the internet after not being able to find anything using the search function on forums and found the below:

My question: After popping the window switch out, the plug is slightly different and the wire colours are also different ( same number off wires and same layout, just different square sizes to the diagram). Will the wires still go to the same places even if they are different colours? Will this mod work.

I have a 1998 JDM KZJ95 TX.

( I have an hour each week while one of the offspring is in a club. I sit and wait and try to do something constructive with my time. I was ready to do this thinking it would be quite straight forward, didn't have a multimeter to check any voltages. Spent that hour looking out the window cursing).

Thats actually a great idea , don't tell anyone but i've been trying to work out how to safely sleep drunk in the car without keys .

Just get one of these to test which is permanent live and which is only live when you use the button
