Leaky pipe ??

Every year or so I wipe the oily mess off the top of the rocker cover and each year it slowly returns. It looks like it comes from the vacuum pipe running between the turbo and the white plastic thing in the centre of the pic. Anyone know what that bit is or what it does. Could it be that which is leaking ? Last time I cleaned it down, I couldn’t see holes or splits.

Its a little air filter i'd try washing it in petrol or white spirits .

It was cracked either side of the inlet, not even on the mould lines ......

Mine went a year or so ago, I keep bodging it up with PU Sealant..... Thanks for the Link Shayne, I can get a new one now
