Recommendations for the oil in an HZJ78 (Troopy) gearbox and differential, please.

I'm about to change the oil in the gearbox and diffs of my 2001 HZJ78. What oil(s) I should use? I have the Toyota user’s manual but it only specifies the engine oil.

Just to emphasise: the rear diff oil is specced there as GL-5 for LSD.
