Reversing sensor

I've got LC4 07 plate. One of reverse sensors broke. Managed to get one to replace from dealer. Can see wire clip connection so can sort that but sensor removing it baffling me. It's got a spring behind it. I can turn it but not sure how to get it off without major force. Does it come out bumper from front or back? Does it split? I'm just clueless.
Hope you can help or any one else reading this?
Got a good colour 3inch square reverse camera wireless off eBay for £39 for now but sensors better.

Not much relevance to the thread if yours is a LC4 ??:

If they standard Toyota ones then you pinch the clips from behind the sensor. Don't twist it as it has a flattened side and you'll screw the hole up.
