    DIY Front Winch Bumper Kits

That's excellent news! I'll get on with some designs, although might ring insurance first to check I'm not going to get bent over

    DIY Front Winch Bumper Kits

Not to be a killjoy but I was curious what you'd found with the legality of winch bumpers in the UK if they're not E marked? I'd quite like to make one for my kzj70 but want to make sure it's completely legal first.

Bei Facebook anmelden - [Leaving Land Cruiser Club] I found in some of his last posts he's active on the Toyota Bundera Australia Facebook group. Joined and sure enough found him! (Trying not to come across as too much of a stalker here )

Diff and tie rod protector for kzj70

@malteser That looks brilliant! Having the brackets out of two peices with slotted holes also appeals. Also good idea for avoiding the exhaust. Did you make your bumper as well? I've just got a set of Open Countrys for mine, although only 31/10.5/R15, looks like yours is lifted so I guess...

Diff and tie rod protector for kzj70

Ah very good! My only hesitation with welding them on is for access to repairing sills in the future, which I can see happening...

Diff and tie rod protector for kzj70

@Gr8Yota Thank you very much for those pictures! Really helpful. The front bumper is exactly the style I'd be after, did you make it? Any issues with UK legislation? Also can you recall how your rock sliders were mounted to the vehicle? I was considering making some large U brackets that slide...

    Dropping fuel tank on kzj70

I need to drop the fuel tank on my 1994 kzj70 3.0L and was wandering if there was a technique to doing so? Is there an inspection hatch above it from the boot to dissconnect things before dropping it? Thanks very much!

    Mud tyres for KZJ70

Thanks very much for the info! What size did you run? Mine isn't lifted so wasn't sure what I could get in there. Also I've got 8" wide rims so wasn't sure what width they'd be able to go down to.

    Mud tyres for KZJ70

Looking for some new tyres for my KZJ70. Doing about half road miles and half wet grass/mud/rock (Greenlaning) The current size is 265/75/R15, which I found is more common in imperial at 31/10.5/15. I have been looking at Toyo Open Country MTs as they seem to be well reviewed, but wandered if...

    Hello!

I'm Jacob, i've recently aquired a 1994 KZJ 70 3.0L Turbo with 134,000 miles on the clock. I'm currently cutting out all the rust I can find (Thankfully just bodywork and one of the rear spring mounts) and plan to make some rock sliders for it (Any suggestions welcome) Was recommended to join...
