Air Conditioner stuck in auto

My 200 series VX front aircon is stuck in auto. No lights are on on any control buttons and I can’t engage the rear window heat, however if I press climate it brings it up on the nav display but all options are set to auto and greyed out. Both set temperature and outside temperature are not displayed and can’t be adjusted. The rear aircon does work. I’ve tried disconnecting the battery and checked all fuses as well as hooking up a scan tool and testing the blower and changing from face to feet through it. No codes displayed for aircon system. Photos attached, if someone could suggest anything or had the same issue that’d be great. Sweating pretty hard at the moment.
