I will defo need a specialist to help on mine due to my 40mm body lift

I am in the same boat - is this something that can be sorted in terms of a rear wheel carrier?

My suggestion would be to look at the design of the bumper and see if you can just fill in the gap in some way rather than raising the whole bumper, especially with a wheel carrier equipped bumper. Maybe cut off the top of the side wings and make them taller, that kind of thing.

– Roof rack for Land cruiser 95 only (because 220 meter long is too long for 90). We have in stock the one for roof top tent and no more in stock like the picture she sent you . The price is 260€ /each
2 – Winch bumper for 100 serie, price 488€
3 – Winch bumper for 120 serie , price is 488€
4 – snorkel for 120 serie 115€
5 – Twin carrier for 80 serie, price is 745€
6 – winch bumper for 80 serie 488€ and the similar one of ARB with fog lamp include 526€

Looks like they only have the roof rack without the full top rail, which is not what I want.

On the plus side

"winch bumper for 90 serie 488€" is a very good price if it's inc of their VAT. They quote € 649.00 on their website.
