Hj45 to hj47??

Hi I currently have an 1977 fj40 with an old h motor in it and I was wondering if It was possible to slip that one out and replace it with a hj45 2h motor? Would I need to change anything? E.g engine mounts , gear box etc?? Any help would be much appreciated
