Surprised they said the $40,000 truck was a write-off though, it seemed to be doing OK to me

The insurers will probably refuse a pay out ‘cos he was on the phone while driving and moreover, when he crashed...

Well, it could have been a kid on a bike I suppose or someone walking, or a broken down car or truck.

He’s talking about suing the local authority, I think I’d keep my head down in the circumstances.
