my kzj. it came to me with work to be done on the arches, the previous own had had it 10 years and had looked after it well.
I wanted to use the car as a daily drive and also to be used off road and green lanes. i wanted to be able to work on it myself in my garage so didn't want a massive lift as it would not fit.
so it ended up having about 2 1/2 inch off the arches, the sills have been cut out and box welded in with tube rock sliders which are jackable the front bumper removed and a simple steel bumper with recovery point put on and same on the back. i have also put some carbon fibre vinyl on the bottom half to neaten it up where the arches have been repaired. its got a set of 35 12.50 15 bfg m/t on with a set of spaces. it rubs on the exhaust on full lock but i have not had it rubbing on the body. I have also removed the anti roll bar. i still have a few other thing to do on it but its starting to get to were i want it
i am going out in it sunday so more photos to follow
