Hello new Land Cruiser owner from the Black Country I’ve got 1998 Colorado it’s the auto 3L TD it just hit 190,000 miles. Currently have a broken transfer case but that should be getting sorted this weekend as I’ve found a replacement from a scrap yard. I’m also look to fit it my self as I’m trying to learn to do the work on my vehicle myself rather than always taking it into the garage. My goal for the Land Cruiser is to have it running as well as possible all the way up to 300,000 miles

Welcome and good luck with the job. Be aware that the auto and manual gearbox cars have different transfer boxes.
