The Camshaft Timing Pulley was loose which messed up my timing.
i need an entire Rocker Shaft assembly, Arm, Bearings etc. the whole thing is in bits, Valves and camshaft seem ok.
don't even know how to go about ordering what, if that is even possible, been advised to get an entire head which is proving near impossile without spending £2500 on a whole engine, maybe you can shed some light having recently had a similar experience?
