where are those rings located? easy to access?

Hey, the abs lamp is on, lighting orange in my dash (not red), Im thinking it might be a sensor or something of the like. It is a 1996-1999 model somewhere and has the toyota diagnostics port instead of the obd-2, Anyone know how to diagnose whats actually wrong? Btw The light is not always on...
