That's interesting Grimbo, earlier in the day I jump started a camper van stuck at the petrol station!

Hi everyone, just got back from a short drive and noticed the idle is sitting at about 850/900, as if the A/C was on, its not the fast idle switch and the A/C is off. When started the idle is normal for about 3 secs then goes up. Grateful for any suggestions.

Hi, no didnt touch the CPS, seal on fuel cap looks ok.

So the lights came on again after refuelling, checked codes and this time said open circuit on glow plug, last time it was crankshaft position sensor. Cleared codes, seems ok, any one any ideas. Thing is, car was warm so glow plugs not needed I would have thought.

Hi all, can any one suggest a reason the above lights came on while my wife was driving back from the shops? I cleared the codes and all seems ok now, just been on a 40 mile journey and no lights have come back on. It flagged up the crankshaft position sensor but cant see how that relates to...

Smell was really bad, mostly gone now, car parked up for a month or so, wildlife took advantage.

This and a bucket full of nesting material made a terrible pong!!

Hi everyone, our LC is on 160k, should I be thinking of an auto box oil and filter change, if so any one got any tips for a DIY job, oil type and where to purchase filter for example.
