Time for a Snorkel

this is a screen shot from the video we shot the other day. ... that little splash resulted in a very very wet air filter. .. for that reason i am going to be fitting a snorkel, I know i said i wasn't going to fit one to this truck ...but to be honest the price of a snorkel far outweighs the cost of a replacement engine.
So it's like it's an insurance policy just for the engine.

What i need to know is ... is there anything i need to know before starting. (hidden components etc ... )

AFAIK you just buy a kit and fit it. If you get the correct kit then all you will need is a hole saw.
