So, suns out, waters warm, portable bbq works and life is good - spose I better do some work this afternoon!

I know, but with the first 2 pools open, and 30 to go, its going to be 7 days a week before long
oh well, off we go again!

Steve, does that 7 days a week programme run all season, from now on?

We do gardens, pools and change overs. Gardens start around mid March for cutting. Pools start End April early May, and change overs for holiday lets start end May / June. We have 30 odd gardens, 10 of which I sub out (yipee!) 32 pools, and 14 rental properties all with Saturday change overs! So, Dawn flies about dropping linen off, getting welcome packs etc on a Saturday and keeping an eye on the cleaning teams, Mon- Thurs we both do gardens, Fri I do pools Dawn admin, Sat I do pools and Sun we both do pools! This stops around the end of September and we hope to have all pools closed by mid/end October and final cuts done in November. Then winter is ours apart from 2 or 3 easy days a week doing security checks and sorting oil deliveries etc.
