Been trying to keep busy as not signed off the sick yet (fingers crossed for tomorrow am), big fine if caught working!

So, I came across some papers in a box whilst tidying the garage, I have no need for them now, I honestly cannot remember where they came from but, I thought of you guys and girls, (why I have no idea?) trundling through Spain, they can be copied to your phone and may help?

Try to remember a 'J' is in general pronounced as a 'H' for example AXLE is spelt 'EJE' and so is pronounced 'EHE'

Two 'LL's Become a 'Y' so 'KEY' is spelt LLAVE, but is pronounced 'YARVEY'

Most words beginning with(and often including) a 'V' for example 'VALVE' in Spanish this is spelt 'VALVULA' but is pronounced 'BALBULA'

None of this is cast in concrete but is pretty close for most regions/provinces. ANADI for the order.

Ok, so Viva Zapata would be long live the brake shoe…!?

Thanks Dave that is incredibly useful to me as virtually no technical words are listed in dictionaries that are small enough to be carried!

That would be 'Larga vida a la zapata de freno' but hey, your more or less fluent.

I think my Spanish might need some work…[emoji23]

It'll have to take a back seat to my Hungarian but I'll hold on to these as they look most useful.

My Spanish is not great, I still take a translator if I need anything more than a check up at the clinic.
