LC300, Diesel, Wheezing from front passenger side

Wheezing sound from right front passenger side when driving above 60kph, all windows up, all doors properly closed, door seals new and intact, no accident or history of mishandling during door open/close operation - any thoughts please

Just a idea:
worth checking that the mirror is solid and seals working.
Can’t think of anything else to check.
