Hello Fellows. I've had a seach on previous threads but I can't find any information. Has anyone replaced the bearings in their AC compressor? Mine are getting noisy and there's a little play in the wheel. Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers, Cush

What Chris said really. If I remember, it's a case of holding down the two buttons on the front simultaneously until the compass flashes, and then driving a figure of eight. It usually orientates without having to do the figure of eight though I have found.

Hi Will. You can just see the bottom of mine in the red ring.

I belive that it is located at the front of the vehicle, on the right hand side (facing the engine bay) just behind the grill. Looks like a black plastic (on mine anyway) device with a short round tube on it.

Are they the same brackets as fitted on a 1996 Colorado/Prado?

Taking it directly from the screen, it translates as: I expect it to work better from the priginal label

You can use a translate app to scan the writing and then save it on your phone. I used one to read the Japanese labels in my 90 to see what they said. It works very well.

The parts can be obtained new, but it won't be cheap. I've also considered doing it because I like the round headlight look.

I have fitted one to mine, but primarily because I have gone through deep water in the past and seen moisture in the air box before. But not since I've fitted the raised air intake......I sealed up all the connecting pipework too.

Have you checked to see that the bell crank arms are moving freely? Mine were chocked with mud.

Hi Shayne I was receently in the same situation. One arm camee out with barely a whimper, the other side took me about a week to get off. I used a hammer, plenty of lube, some heat and a ball joing splitter. In the end, it came out with a soft touch......

I have Pedders 2" lift kit from Roughtrax on my 95 series. Had them on for a few years now. They work quite well but I can't compare them to an expensive alternative (though I'd like to sometimes). My only complaint about (my) Pedders kit is that the paint finish is crap. Most of it has come off...
