Searching for a wild camp and it was getting late so we headed back into town to find a hotel, passing a farm with a camping sign, so we knocked on the door to see if we could stay on their land ... not only were they the friendliest family (also letting us use their bathroom!), they had 3 dogs...

Our first Georgian meal - this kubdari is a local Svaneti specialty which our waiter recommended and the ladies ordered one each ... we could have easily sharedone between us they were huge!!! But it was a delicious meat and onion filled bread and with the guys helping we managed to finish it all!

Here is a version at 2x mate ... 18 minutes long. Unfortunately the microphone from this camera doesn't work .. so it's mostly silent.

Cheers mate - I'll see if I can make slower version and upload it. It's about 40 minutes of footage in all from the 5 hour drive down. We have a rear camera setup now too so the next adventurous road we end up on will have some shots out the back too :)

Ushguli to Lentekhi - This was around 100kms of off road driving reaching a max height of around 2600m. We had a puppy keep us company for the first 11kms!
