I don't think the LPG systems are particularly invasive so could always be removed.

I've not run an LPG car before but that does reflect what I've read. The seller said the gentleman who part exchanged it loved it bit couldn't handle the full costs anymore! He had no idea if it had a flashlube system. I would certainly want to run a compression test.

I don't mind the fabric at all. I'm betting its just the LSD at the rear though rather than the lockers. I've spoken to the seller who took it in part exchange. He doesn't know, but will send me a video tomorrow.

Why petrol? They seem to be a bit cheaper and less likely to have been thrashed on a farm than the diesel (huge generalisation I admit). I would buy either but the lower fuel economy of the petrol doesn't really bother me as I won't be doing much mileage.

That first one sold for £7850 on ebay. I was bidding!.North of Edinburgh unfortunately so tough to keep going without actually seeing it. Its not triple locked and had a few bits of trim to fix, electric window and aerial motor, air con.

I have been looking at this but looking at the MOT history it lists excessive smoke and an oil leak. The body and pics of the underside do look clean though.

That car was previously listed on ebay for £10990, then taken down and relisted with a 9k increase. Good luck to him!

Thanks All. I've spent some time going though the MOT histories of a whole bunch of land cruisers on sale. Corrosion seems to unite them all! I'll keep looking.

I guess you could call and ask for the real registration so you can run an MOT history check?
