I had Dunflops on my LC colorado and the newer 120 when i first got them, so not the same size as yours but found them a bit crap really, very soft side walls and would struggle to pull you of a wet grassy field. Hence why both my LC's have had BF goodrich AT's fitted.

It has just surfaced on the landcruiser buy and sell page on Facebook. the seller being a James mitchell. i do not know him im just part of the Group that i think Karl admins on.
Im with you there. if you have three people in the back you cant use the fold down centre armrest and then you are down to two cup holders that normally have drinks sweets in them already. the old colorado had two cup holders in the centre cubby lid. so toyota have gone backwards in the design.
Ok Curiosity got the better of me, i just went outside to my 120 and yes it also makes the ticking/typewriter sound. its a very quick ticking noise. so i guess its normal. i never really turn the ignition on and listen, its normally jump in and fire it up.

I have only just seen this. if you look at my picture above you can see i ended up using a box spanner that i had spare. i tapered it on the grinding wheel,so that the tip just fit into the plug. I then warmed it up with my blow torch and pushed it into the plastic plug and held it...
