No nothing under bonnet type photo's but should be all Lego type stuff and will fall in place once you start fitting back together. If you get stuck on anything let me know and can take a few pics off my truck but 12ht is nothing like yours.

I only had the two fast speeds on the heater/air con fan so I decided to check the resister and the center coil was broken from heat and age. I had a 60 series on hand so decided to rebuild the hj75 resister with the larger 60 coils all four speeds are now working.
The reason I ask is the transfer seal can start leaking oil into the gearbox and the gearbox fills up with the transfer case oil
The pipe is a Australian method of fixing the issue until the transfer seal is replaced. The pipe returns the oil back to the transfer case once the oil level raises...

I brought them second from a member on a American forum both where around $100 landed in OZ from memory. There around $150 each on Amayama from Japan and around $105 from UE but postage will put it around the same price.
Thanks Ben for the photo's of the windscreen hold downs points. I have a set and want to fit them to my bonnet but from the photo's I will need to add some extra strength into the corners on the bonnet.

I have a shed full of toys to fit to the cruiser but I wanted to build it stock first for my 12ht install with the lightest weigh bridge ticket (2060 ton).
The sound deading was around 30 kg with out the carpet and 3d mats :)
The goods news is the truck passed the blue slip and I now have registration on the old girl. :)

Not much left to do now done two days work fitting most components back together. I also plumbed the return fuel line back to the tank that took the best part of 4 hours but it's done right no short cuts. :thumbup:
